ROC has always attached great importance to reserve talents training and talents team building. Every year ROC brought in fresh blood from various professional colleges and universities, which added vitality and power for the rapid development of the company.

On the afternoon of Jul 5, ROC held a welcome meeting for 15 new vocational outstanding college students in 2022 in conference room. The meeting was organized by HR dept, and top management were at present.

During the meeting, ROC Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Shao Xiwu extended warm welcome to the new college students who joined ROC. He introduced the development history, advantages and development strategy of ROC and explained our talent policy and development channel. He encouraged all students to cherish the opportunity, based on the post, learn and think as much as possible, work hard, and realize their life value in ROC. Meanwhile, he required relevant departments to do a good job in the follow-up training of talents, and timely track the work and study of students. In the principle of “recruit, cultivate, and retain”, ROC will care about and support the work and life of college students, and enable them to give full play to their professional expertise in their posts, so as to help them contribute to the high-quality and sustainable development of the company.

During the meeting, ROC top management shared their own work experiences and feelings, and hoped that the students could stand on the post, correct attitude, establish confidence, combine theory with practice, adapt to the new work as soon as possible, complete the transformation from a student to an employee, and give full play to their talents and soar freely on the stage of ROC!

At last, the student representative, Cheng Wei, who majored in mechanics and graduated from Wuhan Institute of Technology, made a speech. He expressed that, ROC provided them good accommodation and arranged each one an instructor. They deeply felt ROC’s care and enthusiastic help in work and life. In future, they will stand on their post, exert strengths, learn modestly, improve themselves constantly and contribute their own strength for the beautiful blueprint of ROC.
