This June is the national 21^st safety production month, as well as the 12^th in ROC. In order to thoroughly implement the deployment made by CPC Central Committee, the State Council, provincial, city, Marine industrial park and Rainbow Group on strengthening production safety, ROC each deparment, section and subcontractors actively participated in the activities. Closely following the theme of "Observing safety production Law, and acting as the first responsible person", education and training, skills competition, knowledge competition and emergency drill were carried out to popularize safety knowledge, enhance safety awareness of all staff, and welcome the 20^th victory of the Party.

ⅠMobilization

In order to ensure the success of activities during production Safety Month, on Jun 2, ROC organized the launch ceremony, during which the activities and work requirements of production safety month were mobilized and deployed, and various working measures were detailed. Everyone on site signed their names on the signature wall.

Ⅱ Publicity And Education

In order to create good atmosphere for activities and comprehensively promote safety activities publicity, ROC made safety publicity posters and slogans hang in eye-catching positions, and took turns in playing warning videos and risk exposure in canteen. Each week, HSE dept. made and distributed safety learning materials and safety warning videos, and pushed them to all staff through wechat group, wechat subscription account and email.

In order to improve the safety awareness of all staff, HSE Department organized middle management and above to carry out the theme training of "Observing safety production Law, and acting as the first responsible person", special training on responsibilities of safety production main body, environmental protection, dangerous chemical safety management training and other training activities. HSE dept. also organized watching safety video of “Saving Lives Is Of Paramount Importance”. All departments, sections and teams were trained by team.

Ⅲ Skill Competition And Emergency Training

Besides of safety publicity and education, ROC focused on safety skill training and emergency drills, and organized a series of activities, such as “7S appraisal”, “Simulate injury, and self-care” , security risk detection, forklift skill competition, fire fighting skill competition, ground handling competition and knowledge contest of safety regulation. The activities enriched employees’ theoretical knowledge, promoted their enthusiasm, comprehensively improved employees’ and subcontractors’ safety skills and emergency handling abilities, which laid a solid foundation for safe production in ROC.

ⅣSummary

On Jul 7, ROC organized a summary meeting for "Safety production month". A summary was made to the activities carried out, and trophies, medals certificates, prizes and bonuses were awarded to the outstanding teams and individuals as an encouragement.
