Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (ROC in short) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange with Stock Code 002483, RHI in short) located in Qidong Marine industry park.

The existing main facilities are 100000 ㎡- workshop, one indoor slipway, one outdoor slipway, 80000 ㎡- heavy equipment assembly area, and one 326 meters/ 50000 tons- heavy loading and unloading wharf (with one 250-tons gantry crane). The registered funds is CNY1.2 Billion.

ROC focuses on offshore vessels, offshore wind power, new energy equipment, bridge steel structures and other high value-added products.ROC strives to be the leading offshore wind power equipment enterprise.
