"Unite New Forces" – Registration of ROC's 2025 Newly Recruited College Students
In recent years, ROC management team has attached great importance to the training of reserve talents and the building of ROC's talent echelon. Fresh blood is introduced from various professional colleges and universities every year, adding vitality and impetus to ROC's rapid development.
On July 3, 23 students from Jiangsu University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Yangzhou University, Changzhou University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Guangzhou Maritime University, Jiangsu Shipping College and other institutions gathered at ROC from 6 provinces.
The day before the registration, the Human Resources Department arranged relevant personnel to pick up the new employees at the high-speed railway stations and bus stations, and prepared registration handbooks to provide them with full-process registration and onboarding services. Detailed plans have been formulated for such links as "pick-up, registration, accommodation and meals, welcome meeting, induction training and post training".
A total of 23
college students have joined ROC this time, including 4 junior college
students, 18 undergraduates and 1 postgraduate. They mainly major in such
fields as shipbuilding, marine engineering, electrical engineering and
machinery.
To help these new employees quickly transform from students to corporate staff, ROC has arranged a 3-day induction training program for them, covering corporate culture, rules and regulations, career planning, project management, safety, craftsmanship spirit, role cognition and other courses. The training aims to enable the new employees to understand ROC, adapt to the environment and complete the role transformation, and guide them to grow rapidly, become mature and achieve success in their future work, so as to inject new vitality into ROC's development.
