“HUADIAN WENQIANG” JACK-UP OFFSHORE WIND POWER PLATFORM RETURNS AFTER SUCCESSFUL OFFSHORE LEG ERECTI

Recently, ”Huadian Wenqiang” Jack-up Offshore Wind Power Platform has been subject to a series of offshore tests for 100T and 600T offshore cranes and completed the navigation trial, commissioning of hydraulic jack-up system and leg jacking tests successfully. After all trial missions on January 7, this platform got on the way back to the port of the ROC for some finishing touches before delivery. It is planned to be handed over by the end of January 2019.

With this sea trial, we made a comprehensive and intensive testing to the platform for its design functions such as hoisting, installation, and maintenance. Since every performance was proved to be stable and up to the design expectation, now the platform is ready for delivery.

This smooth trial fully demonstrated ROC’s independent research and development, design, and manufacturing strength and sharpened our competitive edge in the offshore wind power equipment market.
