Promote government-school-enterprise cooperation and build a bridge for students' employment: Government-school-enterprise cooperation negotiation meeting held at Rainbow Offshore
On November 27, 2024, under the leadership of the Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the leaders of Yunnan Transportation Vocational Technical College came to Rainbow Offshore to conduct research and exchange. They had in-depth exchanges on student training, employment, and the development of school-enterprise cooperation.
Rainbow Offshore's human resources manager Diao Pinfeng represented the company in welcoming the college leaders and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau leaders to the company for exchanges and guidance. He gave a detailed introduction of the company's basic situation, future development plan, and emphasized the recruitment requirements for technical workers, medium-and long-term labor needs, and the planning for jointly cultivating talent with the school. He hoped that by strengthening the cooperation among the government, school, and enterprise, the urgently needed and key technical talent could be nurtured.
At the meeting, Chen Yunfei, the leader of Yunnan Transportation Vocational Technical College, introduced the school's educational features, talent training direction, and mode of education and production integration. He expressed that he hoped to further strengthen the talent supply to key enterprises and train more technical and skilled personnel to meet the needs of enterprises in Qidong.
The Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced the general situation of the Qidong Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering Park and the labor needs of various enterprises at the exchange. It hoped to use the government-school-enterprise exchange to fully play the role of the local government department, and build a communication and cooperation platform for the school and enterprise on the basis of the students' on-the-job training and graduate employment work, ultimately achieving precise matching and shared achievements.
This exchange meeting built a bridge for government-school-enterprise communication, which will effectively promote the sharing of information and the employment of graduates.
