On August 19, Yang Zhongjian, Secretary of the Qidong Municipal Committee, led a team to conduct an on-site visit at the welding training workshop of ROC. The purpose was to gain insight into the current state of enterprise skill talent development, promote the upskilling of the marine industry workforce, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the local marine economy.
