On the morning of November 28th, another vessel N1054 of the SPP40 platform supply vessel contracted by Rainbow Offshore was successfully inaugurated at the company's in-house workshop, with relevant leaders from China Development Bank Leasing, SPEC, BV Classification Society, and Rainbow Offshore in attendance.

The SPP40 project has a total length of 81.75 meters, a width of 17.40 meters, a depth of 7.8 meters, a maximum draft of 6.3 meters, and a deadweight of 4,000 tons. The vessel is designed for electric propulsion, with two tunnel thrusters at the bow and two azimuthal main propellers at the stern. It also features the application of lithium iron phosphate batteries and fuel monitoring systems, making it a new generation of environmentally friendly PSV that meets international market needs.

Upon completion and delivery of the vessel, its diverse functions and features will contribute to the development of the marine engineering equipment industry and accelerate the pace of Rainbow Offshore's move towards high-end, green, and internationalization. It will greatly enhance Rainbow Offshore's core competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

Rainbow Offshore will take this project commencement as an opportunity to sound the "charge ahead" call for the fourth quarter.
