The "Labor Model and Skilled Worker Assistance Program for Enterprises" and "Talent Convergence in East Jiang and Benefits for Offshore Industry" seminar was successfully held at ROC. The seminar was organized by the Qidong City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the General Federation of Labor, with relevant leaders from the two departments, human resources managers from enterprises in the offshore industry park, and skilled workers and masters participating. The 20th CPC Central Committee's Third Plenary Session proposed that education, science, and talent are the fundamental and strategic support for China-style modernization. Talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development, and the spirit of labor models and skilled workers is the source of high-quality development for enterprises and an important support for international competition. The seminar focused on topics such as talent introduction, talent cultivation, talent sharing, and assistance to enterprises by labor models and skilled workers.

ROC's Executive Vice General Manager Fang Ruyi warmly welcomed the relevant leaders from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the General Federation of Labor, as well as representatives from various enterprises, and introduced the company's development situation, talent status, and training measures in brief.

Mr Zhang, the head of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, shared his insights on talent discovery, talent cultivation, and talent sharing, and introduced relevant talent subsidy policies. He also stated that he will continue to pay close attention to the problems and needs of enterprises in the process of development and take effective measures to increase support for enterprise development, thereby injecting new energy into the high-quality development of enterprises.

Chairman Li of the Municipal General Union introduced the relevant situations of Qidong City and the professional and skilled labor models and craftsmen hired from outside. He pointed out that the role of labor models and skilled workers should be played as a role model, and in the future, the work of matching labor models and skilled workers with enterprises should be organized well, with project topics as the carrier, targeted at solving technical R&D and technological innovation problems for enterprises. At the same time, he introduced the implementation method of the skill talent award in detail, explaining the policy essence from multiple aspects such as the object of the award, category, and the process of application for enterprises.

In October 2022, ROC introduced Chen Yifeng, a national technical master and welding special-grade technician, at the meeting. He shared the research and development achievements since his employment, and showed the digital welding technology platform APP he was developing and testing, which perfectly combined welding skills training with the Internet, opening up a new page of development for the training of skilled talents.

Finally, the participants expressed their views and ideas, exchanging thoughts and ideas to jointly explore and achieve resource sharing and mutually beneficial cooperation. In the next stage, the company will take advantage of the "Labor Model and Skilled Worker Assist Enterprise" platform to strengthen the training of skilled talents within the company, continuously promote the employee training work to improve skills, providing a solid foundation for the company to build a leading modern enterprise in the industry.
