Keel Laying Ceremony for KMSB Floating Pontoon Project Undertaken by ROC for Australia's TAMS Group was Successfully Held
The keel laying ceremony for the KMSB Floating Pontoon project undertaken by ROC for Australia's TAMS Group was successfully held recently. Mr. Thomas and Mr. Richard from KMSB Group, Mr. Jason from TAMS Group, Mr. Pan Xinmin from DNV Classification Society, Mr. Shao Xiwu, General Manager of ROC, and Mr. Fang Ruyi, Exective Vice General Manager, attended the ceremony as well. They witnessed this historical moment together.
The project has a total length of 165 meters, a width of 50.4 meters, and a depth of 6 meters, with a total weight of about 9,000 tons. The project product will be used at KMSB Pier in Australia for berthing large FPSOs, car carrier vessels, etc. It is an important part of the total package engineering project for the pier.
The successful holding of the ceremony marks the start of the actual construction phase of the project. ROC's project team will carefully deploy production plans, strictly adhere to key milestones, fully demonstrate professional capabilities and cooperative spirit, and deliver the project on time and in high quality, laying a solid foundation for the long-term friendly cooperation between the two parties in the future.
