From Classroom to Frontline, From Cognition to Instinct – Rainbow Offshore Conducts Special Safety Education Activity Directly on the Job Site

In order to further consolidate the achievements of the "Strategic Action for Addressing Root Causes", Rainbow Offshore has innovatively launched a special safety education activity titled "From Classroom to Frontline, From Cognition to Instinct", which extends traditional classroom training to the production frontlines. This activity, employing a three-dimensional mode of "scenario-based training, immersive teaching, and full coverage for all employees", aims to solve the problem of weak self-trained programs within labor units. By doing so, it effectively enhances the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, ensuring the orderly progress of work on the job site and laying a solid foundation for the company's safe production.

On April 17th, the HSE Department of Rainbow Offshore led a mobilization meeting for all employees, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the safety defense line with the "100-1=0" safety concept. On April 24th, the safety themed activity was officially launched in three different areas of the job site simultaneously, marking the activity's transition into the practical phase.

In the next stage, Rainbow Offshore will further deepen scenario-based training by replicating dangerous scenarios and customizing them according to job positions. It will demonstrate standard operational requirements in real environments and combine explanations with accident case studies to enhance employees' risk identification and practical operation capabilities. Additionally, the company will strengthen immersive teaching experiences by setting up interactive sessions such as "hazard spotting, safety red and black lists", guiding employees to discover hazards independently, and offering rewards to stimulate their enthusiasm for participation. This activity covers more than a thousand people, including the company's management, frontline workers, and new employees, achieving full participation.
Through comprehensive realistic teaching, it transforms safety awareness from "passive cognition" to "instinctive response", promoting the company's goal of achieving "zero accidents" in annual production safety.
