Lately, to further promote enterprise culture and enhance employees’ mutual communication, ROC held a wonderful whipped egg contest in the spare time. Each department staff enthusiastically signed up and participated actively. Under the guidance of the working staff, everyone drew by lot, two persons made in pairs, and four people started competition for a round. A knock-out system was adopted for the contest.

The atmosphere of the match was active and the laughter was constant. The scores were quite close. Everyone racked his brains but enjoyed it. After many rounds of competition, Cao Yuejie and Zhou Ying won the first place, Ju Jiufei and Qian Jinbao won the second place, and Huang Yunpeng and Cao Jilin won the third place.

The contest not only let employees play their strengths and fully show their personal charm, but also help them experience the relationship between individuals and enterprises, employers and employees. The importance of teamwork and trust was highlighted and the cohesion of the company was enhanced.
