Rainbow Offshore Successfully Shipped Offshore Booster Station Jacket

On the afternoon of April 13th, the offshore booster station jacket - part of the Three Gorges Tianjin Nangang Offshore Wind Farm Demonstration Project constructed by Rainbow Offshore - was successfully shipped from the dock, marking another successful delivery of a jacket project by Rainbow Offshore.

The booster station jacket mainly consists of an upper module and a lower structure. The upper module adopts a frame-support system, while the lower structure uses a jacket nested pile foundation. After connecting the upper and lower structures, a multi-layer spatial integral truss is formed, which is more conducive to the action of horizontal loads and increases the overall stability of the structure.

To overcome the challenges of the jacket's complex structure, high precision requirements, difficult welding, and numerous high-altitude operations, Rainbow Offshore has placed great emphasis throughout the organization, implementing a "process-first" manufacturing philosophy. The company has meticulously planned the processes and scientifically organized production and construction, with the project team tackling major production challenges head-on. The successful shipment once again highlights Rainbow Offshore's manufacturing capabilities for offshore wind power steel structures. Moving forward, the company will continue to seize market opportunities, delve deeper into the offshore wind power market, extend to high-end steel structures for offshore wind power, and further consolidate its leading position in the offshore wind power market.
