At 11: 38, Sep 25th, 2022, launching ceremony of Poly Changda 16000DWT Multi-purpose Deck Barge “Changda Haiping” was held in ROC grandly.

Poly Changda Ganghang Branch General Manager Yu Lizhi and Deputy General Manager Zeng Jiangfeng, CCS Chen Jien and Zhang Hongcun, RHI President Long Yong and Vice President Wu Jian, ROC Executive director Shi Xiaoyue, and General Manager Shao Xiwu, etc. attended the ceremony.

Poly Changda 16000DWT Multi-purpose deck barge is the third project cooperation between ROC and Poly Changda. Regarding the non self-propelled barge, the molded breadth is 39.99m, molded depth is 8.5m,and the overall length is 141.5m. The barge consists of box hull, right Angle stern, bilge bevel, longitudinal frame, and single continuous deck steel welded structure. It’s equipped with a 6-point mooring positioning system mainly used for the loading, unloading and transportation of super-large components and super-heavy modules in offshore wind power, offshore oil and gas and sea-crossing bridges field. It also has the functions of on-site auxiliary installation, positioning, transfer and life support, which can realize bulk transportation of offshore wind power booster station, jacket, large diameter monopile, etc. Meanwhile, due to its outstanding load stability, the construction efficiency of the main operating ship can be greatly improved and the job window time can be greatly extended.

 

Since the commencement of the project on Apr 28 this year, ROC has actively overcome various adverse factors such as delayed materials, high temperature and typhoons while doing well in epidemic prevention and control, thus ensuring the smooth and timely completion of milestones.

In return for the smooth launching, Poly Changda specially prepared exquisite condolence gifts for workers fighting in the production site, and extended heartfelt thanks to them for their hard work and conscientious work style.
