To promote the "craftsmanship spirit” and strengthen the construction of vocational skilled talent team, in August, ROC selected outstanding welders to participate in the 8th Jiangsu Province "Jiangsu Shipping Cup" Welder Skills Competition on behalf of ROC.

ROC leaders attached great importance to this competition and actively coordinated internal and external resources. In line with the principle of improving skills and enriching participation experience, ROC carried out intensive training from two aspects, that is, theoretical knowledge learning and practical operation skills training. Facing with fierce competition among welding elite from Jiangsu shipbuilding industry, ROC 3 players became fearless and fought hard, and smoothly reached into the final, which fully demonstrated their exquisite skill level and upward spirit.

By participating in this provincial skill competition, the staff's skills were improved and their enthusiasm for learning and forging ahead was stimulated. Meanwhile, competition and communication with provincial masters enhanced themselves a lot. ROC will take this competition as an opportunity to let employees strengthen their training and improve their technical skills, and encourage them to actively participate in various competitions to show the style of ROC craftsmen.
