In order to enhance enterprise vitality, enrich staff's sparetime life, and cultivate collectivism and team spirit, ROC held "Greet the New Year" tug of war and rope skipping competition on the arrival of New Year's Day.

Each department responded positively to the activity, and more than 100 employees participated in the two competitions. Tug-of-war competition adopted group elimination system, that is, best of three games. After knockout, semi-final and final, the winner got the championship. The rope skipping competition was divided into men's and women's groups, and the most three won the competition within one minute.

During tug of war, the players cheered each other on, pull up the "bow step", concentrated on the breath, and made preparations. Cheerleaders flushed and flapped their hands to cheer on their players. The momentum was no less than the players. On the scene, the shouts and refueling cheers were here and there. After fierce competition, the second group of Production Dept. won the championship smoothly with absolute strength. The first group of Production Dept. and the General Office HSE Dept. also won the second and third place respectively with excellent strength.

Compared with tug of war competition, rope skipping competition seemed very relaxed and cheerful. In the process, the sound of laughter, refueling, the crisp sound of rope scraping the ground, accompanied by loud cheers and enthusiastic applause pushed the activity to climax again and again. Finally, the top three of men group were Song Guoqing from Production Security Dept., Yu Yongjian and Zhou Bin from Production Dept. The women group was also highly competitive. Finally Zhang Huajie and Li Xiaoman from Production Dept. and Jiang Hua from General Office won top three.

Passion and tension coexist, friendship and competition coexist. Through the competition, the collective sense of honor, cohesion and centripetal force of employees were further enhanced.
