2020 is an extraordinary year, and the same is true to ROC. Overcoming difficulties of coronavirus, rare rainy weather, typhoon, and continuous hot weather, ROC achieved impressive performance. In this year, ROC was awarded “One of Top 10 Enterprises in Wind Power Industry” and won the favor of domestic and foreign customers. Also, the production capacity was in leading position of offshore wind power monopile market. 2021 is also a critical year for ROC. Facing with intense market competition, heavy production task, and short project period, ROC proactively plan to improve management in terms of operation, production, project and staff in 2021, so as to complete the tasks assigned by the Group, and ensure that ROC can win a place in wind power and ocean engineering area.

The achievements obtained in 2020 and the completion of arduous tasks in 2021 are inseparable from the efforts and support of the vast subcontractors of the ROC. On Jan 6, 2021, ROC HR Department, together with top management, Production dept., Project dept., Quality dept., Maintenance dept, etc. held “2020 Subcontractor Summing Up Meeting & 2021 Project Mobilization Meeting” with 13 subcontractors.

During the meeting, ROC top management affirmed the achievements of each subcontractor in 2020, pointed out the insufficiency, and put forward the improvement and promotion measures to be taken in personnel management, safety management, quality control, production planning, equipment management, and process innovation.

On behalf of ROC, relevant leaders expressed thanks to the dedication and support made by subcontractors in this year, analyzed the market situation, introduced ROC’s future strategic plan, especially stated project status in 2021, and hoped all subcontractor teams could improve management level, keep up with the development pace of ROC and seek common development.

Each subcontractor representative also made a speech one by one. They felt proud of their achievements in 2020, and held confidence to 2021. They also put forward their own improvement measures, and raised a lot of reasonable suggestions to the management of the company.
