The past 2011 was an extraordinary year for ROC. With everyone’s efforts, ROC has proclaimed strict, professional, efficient and pragmatic management style, so it has achieved the target of investment, construction, production in the same year. Recently, ROC has officially won the administrative licensing about the river course construction scheme from the Yangtze River, which meaned ROC has finished all administrative examination and approval procedures. Moreover, it has strongly showed ROC’s accelerated development speed.

Administrative approval work is systematic work, it needs layers of approval. As the construction involved the use of Yangtze river, the examination and approval procedures cover maritime, haven, water conservancy, port and other relevantdepartments ,totally include about 10 departments ROC has used less than one year to complete the work whileother companies need at least 2-3 years to the same business ,which made ROC win the government departments and the industry enterprises full approval.
