On the afternoon of August 12th, signing ceremony for order-form personnel training between Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipments Co., Ltd. (ROC) and Jiangsu Maritime Institute (JMI) was held in the institute. Assistant dean Mr. Wang Weibing, director of ship and port engineering department Mr. Xie Rong from JMI, vice general manager Mr. Zhang Zhijun, head of HR department Mr. Peng Bo from ROC attended the ceremony.

Leaders from both sides discussed in depth about joint training mode, teaching plan and content. Mr. Wang Weibing expressed gratitude for ROC’s concern and support on JMI over time and granted fully approval on school-enterprise cooperation mode which pushed revolution for college education. Mr. Xie Rong introduced status and essential development direction of the department. Mr. Zhang Zhijun introduced the growing history， main business and development direction of Rainbow Group in detail, and especially pointed out demand for talented people during the quick expansion period of Rainbow in the next few years.

JMI is another personnel training base of ROC, after Nantong Shipping College. Ship Machinery is a major of traditional advantages in the institute. ROC continuously starts cooperation with superior colleges and reserves excellent human resource, in order to provide essential guarantee of talented people for OSV projects.
