October 16-17 2003, ROC held campus recruitments in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Jiangsu Maritime Institute to reserve talents for the sustained and rapid development of the company. Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Zhijun and HR Section Chief Mr. Peng Bo attended the recruitments. ROC will hire about 30 outstanding graduates principled in Shipbuilding and Oceanography Engineering, Marine engineering, Electric automatization and Safety engineering etc.

The recruitments got huge response and over 200 students were introduced the development status and positions the company offered by Mr. Peng. The effective personnel training system and salary welfare system aroused interest among the students. 20 excellent graduates were employed by ROC at last through interviews and CV screening. (The employment rate of interview is about 20%).

In the future, ROC will also held such activities in Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Dalian University of Technology and Shanghai Jiaotong University to enrich the talents resource for the company.
