Recently, the Nantong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the list of 10 Nantong Master Skills Studios selected for the year 2023. ROC's "Chen Yifeng Master Skills Studio" has successfully been selected.

Chen Yifeng, a national senior technician, has dedicated 18 years to the study of welding technology. He is currently responsible for the company's welding technology research and development, as well as employee welding skills training. He has participated in over 40 national key projects, including the polar research vessel Xuelong 2 and Dongfanghong 3. With his exceptional welding skills, he has participated in various domestic and international welding skill competitions and achieved remarkable results, including winning first place in the "Jack Cup International Welding Skills Competition." He has also been honored with titles such as "National Technical Expert," "Shanghai Model Worker," and "Shanghai Craftsman." As a representative of high-skilled talents in Nantong's "Jianghai Elite" program, he is a candidate for the 2023 "Jiangsu Province Double Innovation Talent" selection.Chen Yifeng holds four national defense invention patents, seven invention patents, and has published three professional technical papers. Since joining the company, he has successfully completed welding and testing of special materials such as 9Ni steel for low-temperature applications, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, receiving high recognition from customers and classification societies.
