To integrate the resources of skilled talents, give full play to the individual energy, enlarge the collective power, and break through the technical barriers of the industry, the technical seminar of "Dongjiang Craftsmen Alliance" led by Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was successfully held in ROC on November 4. Leaders from Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and several specialists from Craftsmen Alliance attended the seminar. During the seminar, ROC Executive GM Mr. Fang Ruyi delivered a welcome speech, and Director of the Bureau Mr. Wang introduced the development of Qidong Craftsmen Alliance and the latest talent policy. Representatives of high skilled talents shared their project achievements and research directions respectively.

Led by Qidong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, "Dongjiang Craftsmen Alliance" is composed of national technical experts, special technicians, provincial model workers and professional experts of Qidong enterprises, such as COSCO Shipping Huang Jian, who is one of the leader of national Skill Master Studio, and winner of “National Youth Post Expert”, “National Transportation Technology Expert”, Jiangsu Province First Special Technicians, and Jiangsu Province Medal of May Day. Another representative is from Shentong Valve Mr. Li Weizhong, who is “National Technical Expert”, “Jiangsu Craftsman”, “Jiangsu Province Model Worker”, “Jiangsu Province Enterprise Chief Technician”, “Jiangsu Province Youth Post Expert”, “Jiangsu Province Skilled Technician” and “Jiangsu Province May Day Innovation expert”.

ROC has set up a welding master studio. The person in charge is Chen Yifeng, who is the special technician, "National Technical Expert", "Enterprise Technical Youth Post expert", "Ship craftsman", "First Place of Arc Cup International Welding skills Competition", "The World Professional Ship Welding Skills Competition Silver Award" and so on. The establishment of the studio provides a strong guarantee for ROC to cultivate more senior welding talents and help solve welding technical problems.

The main topic of this seminar was to carry out in-depth communication and discussion on the technical difficulties of the enterprise, the new technology and the new equipment in the industry, and achieved good results. In the next stage, ROC will use the platform of the Craftsmen Alliance to strengthen the cultivation of internal skill talents, continue to promote the training of staff skills improvement, and provide a solid foundation for ROC to build a leading modern enterprise in the industry.
