Lately, ROC 2021 management review and summary meeting was held as scheduled. All department managers, section chief and internal auditors were present.

The operation of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management system in 2021 and the work of each department are summarized respectively by department leaders. The existing deficiencies were analyzed and the follow-up improvement measures were planned.

Executive Director Mr. Shi Xiaoyue, Executive Deputy GM Mr. Shao Xiwu delivered speeches successively. They summarized the outstanding achievements and major breakthroughs made by ROC in 2021, and gave recognition to the efforts and achievements made by everyone in the past year. They placed higher expectations in 2022, and required all departments to continuously improve the management level, improve employees’ skills and quality, and build a lean and efficient team. They also stressed that all staff should strengthen the sense of ownership and crisis awareness, put nose to the grindstone and work hard.

In the New Year, all the staff of ROC will continue to ride the wind and break the waves, make persistent efforts and create further brilliance!
