As the R&D leader of offshore wind turbine installation platform (“platform” for short), ROC launched the second generation platform in “Offshore Wind China 2014”. The new platform is characterized in green and economic.

Based on the first platform “Lanchao1001”, the second-generation platform adjusts the overall layout and also optimizes crane and jacking system. According to the arrangement, the lifting capacity of main crane is 1,000 tons, and leg lengths is up to 80 meters, water depth of working is 4.5 ~ 53.7m.

Recently, the introduction of offshore wind power benchmark price, as well as local offshore wind power tariff subsidies, incentives, is being a strong impetus to the development of the domestic offshore wind industry. ROC seizes this opportunity to launch a new generation of environmentally friendly, economical platform.
