Congratulations to "Tianfeng10" 3,000-ton self-propelled all-rotating crane vessel for obtaining the classification society certificate

Recently, the3000-ton self-propelled full-rotation crane vessel "Tianfeng10" built by ROC has obtained classification society certificate. The vessel has met the performance requirements, technical standards, and safety requirements, and is set to be delivered soon.

"Tianfeng10" has been classified by China Classification Society (CCS), with a total length of 149.8 meters, a beam of 41.5 meters, a draft of 14 meters, a designed draft of 10 meters, and a designed speed of 7.5 knots per hour. It is a steel-hulled, self-propelled, single-deck structure, equipped with a3,000-ton all-rotating crane provided by Rainbow Heavy Machinery under the GENMA brand. The main application is for the lifting and installation of offshore wind single-pile foundations, jacket structures, platform modules, substation components, and large-scale offshore steel structures. It is a key core equipment for the development, utilization, and construction of marine resources and offshore engineering.

This project has been awarded the "Significant Achievement in Technology Transfer Project" by Nantong City. Since its construction, the ROC team has overcome difficulties, optimized processes, broken through key technologies, applied for several patents, and has features such as a wide range of construction areas, a long window period for complex sea conditions, large lifting capacity,360° continuous all-rotation efficient and safe construction operation. The comprehensive performance index reaches the advanced level internationally.

After delivery, "Tianfeng10" will help promote the construction of China's offshore wind power from nearshore to deep water, promote the high-end development of China's offshore wind power engineering construction equipment, and promote the development of national green energy.
