ROC "New Year" tug-of-war, jump rope competition come to a successful conclusion
In order to enrich the leisure life of employees, show the collective style, carry forward the team spirit, and enhance cohesion, ROC held a "New Year's Welcome" tug-of-war and jump rope competition on the eve of the New Year's Day. This activity was actively responded to by all departments, with more than 100 employees participating in the two competitions. The tug-of-war competition adopted a group elimination system, with three rounds of two wins. The winners of the elimination, semi-final, and final rounds were the champions. The jump rope competition was divided into men's and women's groups, with a one-minute time limit, and the winners were determined by the number of jumps, with the top three in each group.
The tug-of-war competition began with the referee's command. Both teams pulled hard, trying to drag the other across the center line. Everyone did their best, gritting their teeth, and the cheering squad on the sidelines kept up the encouragement. After a fierce competition, the Production Department Team1 won the championship with steady progress, while the Production Insurance Department and Production Department Team2 came in second and third, respectively.
Tug-of-war competitions are suspenseful, in comparison, jump rope competitions are relaxed and enjoyable. The players are full of spirit, and laughter, cheers, and the crisp sound of the rope skimming across the ground can be heard throughout the competition. Accompanied by loud cheers and enthusiastic applause, the atmosphere at the scene is pushed to a high point again and again. In the end, the top three places in the men's group were won by Song Guoqing from the Production Insurance Department, Chen Jiaqi from the Finance Department, and Wang Lin from the Quality Management Department. In the women's group, Zhang Huajie, Lu Dongmin, and Li Xiaoman from the Production Department ranked first, second, and third with an absolute advantage.
The event concluded in a joyful atmosphere. Through this competition, not only did it improve the spirit and morale of the employees, it also brought them closer together. It inspired the employees to throw themselves into their work with more enthusiasm and determination, propelling the company to new heights!
