Recently, the delivery ceremony of the platform supply vessel (PSV) "ENERGY DUCHESS", the second high-end offshore project for Norwegian shipowner Golden Energy Offshore (GEO), was solemnly held in Nantong Rainbow Offshore & Engineering Equipments Co., Ltd.

Relevant leaders of Qidong Municipal Government, Norwegian delegation headed by Mr. Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO of GEO Shipowner, Mr. Wang Yongqing, Director of Xiamen International Trade Shipping Import and Export Corporation, Mr. He Xudong, General Manager, Mr. Ge Yilong, Nantong Regional Manager of DNV-GL Classification Society and Mr. Xindi, Commissioning Manager of Ulstein (Ustein China) attended the delivery ceremony. At the delivery ceremony, Mr. Wu Jian, Chairman, President of RHI, Mr. Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO of GEO, Mr. Shi Xiaoyue, Vice Chairman of RHI and Mr. Shao Xiwu, Deputy General Manager of ROC delivered enthusiastic speeches on the delivery ceremony.

"ENERGY DUCHESS" is the second high-end PSV successfully delivered to Norwegian shipowner GEO after "ENERGY EMPRESS", and will sail to the North Sea of Europe for offshore oil and gas exploration service. Norwegian shipowner GEO expects that these two high-end advanced PSVs will soon bring substantial investment returns.

In his speech, the company's senior executives said that RHI, with its manufacturing advantages in high-end equipment industry, had not changed its original intention of practicing the national marine strategy and march to marine equipment industry. Although the global marine oil and gas equipment market is still slowly recovering, RHI will continue to proceed further to practice the National Marine strategy. The successful delivery of two PSVs also proves that ROC's advantages and strength are being recognized by the world's leading customers.
