From April 8th to 10th, ROC attended the 8th China (Shanghai) International Wind Energy Exhibition (CWEE2014) and China (Shanghai) International Offshore Wind Exhibition in Shanghai. The first offshore wind turbine installation platform (“platform” for short) in China, designed and built independently by ROC, aroused great interest of visitors and customers both at home and abroad. 
The parameters of Platform as below: service depth: 25m, length of spud leg: 60m, deck area: 1600m2, dead weight: 1500t, complement: 44 person. The platform is equipped with one 700T main crane with 120m lift height. In May, 2013 and January, 2014, Platform successfully finished Donghai Bridge 3.6MW wind turbine installation and CGN Rudong 150MW offshore wind turbine piling projects. We solved several technical problems such as turbine leaf assembly on the deck and lifting the whole piling platform.
ROC is whole invested and organized by RHI (code: 002483). We focus on offshore support vessels and offshore wind turbine installing platforms. Now ROC embark on R & D of new environmental and economical offshore wind turbine installation platforms.
