Carry Forward the Spirit of Craftsmen and Refine the Talents -- On the "Cheer for Workers" Skill Competition in Qidong Marine Industry Park in 2023
In order to effectively strengthen the
construction of enterprise high skilled talent team, on June 30, Marine
Industrial Park held the 2023 Qidong Marine Industrial Park "Cheer for
Workers" skill Competition.
The competition
was hosted by Qidong Marine Industry Park Management Committee and other
relevant units. According to the work arrangement of the Marine Industry Park,
all units in the park actively carried out skills competitions. After extensive
selection, 101 players from 12 units in the park participated in the contest.
This
competition is divided into two items: theory and practice. In the fierce
competition that brought together the welding elites in the Marine Industry
Park, our contestants won the third prize in the welding group, which fully
demonstrated their superb skill level and high-spirited spirit.
By
participating in the skill competition, the skill level of the staff has been
improved, and their enthusiasm has been stimulated. At the same time,
competitive exchanges with masters from all walks of life have improved
ourselves. The company will take this competition as an opportunity to create a
