On Mar 10, 2023, the first offshore wind power monopiles and cages constructed by ROC for a Japanese Client were shipped smoothly, which marked ROC’s offshore wind power equipment products have successfully entered the Japanese offshore wind power market.

After nearly four years of technical discussion, the project came into effect in September 2022. The project strictly implemented international standards with difficulties of production, high requirements and tight schedule. In the whole process of construction, ROC project team strictly took "pursuing customers’ satisfaction and exceeding customers’ expectations" as the goal, made plans in advance and concentrated all the resources to tackle problems such as aluminum and stainless steel welding, epidemic situation and Spring Festival Labor. Multiple measures were taken at the same time to ensure quality and progress. In Feb, 2023, the project successfully passed the high-standard on-site acceptance of the Japanese Client, and Client highly praised the ROC's production skills, perfect production and quality management system.

Smooth delivery of the Japanese wind power project marks a new level of ROC's comprehensive strength in the field of offshore wind power equipment manufacturing, which will lay a solid foundation for development of bilateral cooperation in the future. ROC will also take this good opportunity to fight the market tide, constantly challenge the new peak, and provide high-quality products and services to more domestic and foreign customers.
