On Mar 2, 2023, Secretary and Chairman of Party Committee of Qidong Federation of Trade Unions Ms. Zhang Dongxia led her team to visit ROC. ROC General Manager Mr. Shao Xiwu, Vice General Manager Mr. Dai Jun, and ROC chairman of the labor union Mr. Diao Pinfeng, etc. received the guests.

Through the field visit, Ms. Zhang Dongxia had in-depth understanding of ROC’s e implementation of safety production during the "Two Sessions". The inspection team went into the production workshop, dropped by the jetty, and saw the production going on in an orderly way. The implementation of safety work could be seen everywhere. General Manager Mr. Sho Xiwu expressed that, it’s a major political task for enterprises to do a good job in production safety during the Two Sessions. All ROC departments strengthened the awareness of red line and firmly established the concept of safe development. Vice General Manager Mr. Dai Jun indicated that, ROC was keeping to urge the implementation of the main responsibility of production safety, enhanced the sense of responsibility, overall situation awareness and crisis awareness, and effectively created a safe and stable social environment for the successful convening of the "Two Sessions".

Safety is the foundation of all enterprise activities. 2023 is the first year to implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, and also a key year for the "14th Five-Year Plan" which connects the past and future. In this year, ROC has ample orders and is busy with production. Each department will study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on production safety, always adhere to the principle of life first and make sure employees safe first. ROC will also tighten the safety string, lay a solid safety foundation for the company's high quality development, and meanwhile build a solid security wall for staff and greet the national “Two Sessions” with practical action.
