ROC Organizes Emergency Fire Drills For Hazardous Chemical Warehouse
Implement fire
control responsibility and prevent safety risks. In order to effectively
strengthen ROC’s emergency management, improve the fire safety awareness of all
staff, the ability to evacuate and escape, and the ability to fight the initial
fire, and eliminate fire hazards in time, ROC carried out the emergency fire
drill of hazardous chemical warehouse on Nov 9 as planned.
The main content
of this drill is to simulate how to deal with the alarm after discovering the
dangerous waste warehouse fire, how to carry out the initial fire fighting,
guide personnel evacuation, organize fire extinguishing, and carry out
personnel search and rescue, etc.
The drill aimed to
enhance the staff's fire safety awareness, improve the ability to deal with
emergencies, develop the ability to fight the initial fire and organize staff to
evacuate and escape. During the drill, the commanders were calm and the staff responded
quickly. The actual combat exercise achieved the expected goal and gained a
complete success.
The fire drill
provided real combat simulation training for ROC’s volunteer firefighters, gathered
valuable experience for the emergency treatment of real accident, and found loopholes
and deficiencies in the process of daily fire safety management. Meanwhile, it
strengthened the safety awareness of employees, examined the possibility and
practicability of emergency plan, and promoted emergency command, coordination
and processing capabilities, which laid the foundation for future carrying out
the emergency work efficiently and orderly.
