Blood is the source of life, as well as the red bond conveying the human warmth. Voluntary blood donation is a public welfare undertaking to heal the wounded, save the dying and carry forward humanitarianism. In order to vigorously practice the socialist core values, create a harmonious social atmosphere “I for all, all for me”, ROC employees responded positively to the labor union's initiative of love.

Totally 21 employees actively participated in the blood donation. Among them there are veteran comrades who have worked for more than 20 years, as well as female comrades. Some of them voluntarily donate blood for many years and the donation certificate changed one after another.

At the blood donation hall, everyone carefully filled in the form, took physical examination, laboratory tests and blood drawing. All procedures were carried out in an orderly manner under the guidance of the medical staff. The moment the needle was inserted into the vein in their arm, the blood flowed into the pouch and out of their bodies, their faces lit up with easy smiles. All felt happy and warm because they could give their love to those who need help. Blood donation was also a concrete action of giving back to society and taking responsibility.

Dedication of love gives back to the society. The activity shows the responsibility of ROC staff, and fully reflects the spirit of selfless dedication and self-sacrifice.
