On June 14^th,2014, ROC organized an outdoor team training in Qidong Jiangtian Ecological Park. In order to make the staffs feel and experience the importance of unity, dedication, cooperation, confidence and responsibility for team success, the company organized trust fall, blind teamwork, high altitude lever grab, and many other activities.

More than 90 staffs participated in this training, and it improved team’s innovation and cohesion, it’s positive for making a cooperative and upward cultural environment.
