Recently, the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee and the Nantong Municipal People's Government held a city-wide conference to promote the advancement of the new industrialization and create a favorable atmosphere for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. During the conference, the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government announced the "Outstanding Enterprises in Nantong's New Industrialization for the year 2023", and also commended the national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises, as well as the outstanding enterprises in technological innovation and the "smart transformation, digitalization, networking, and integration" initiatives for the year 2023.

ROC with its outstanding performance in the six aspects of specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, innovation, value chain, and quality, has been awarded the title of "National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise" for the year 2023. Mr. Shi Xiaoyue, the Executive Director, attended the conference as the representative of the company.

Being recognized as a "National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise" is a recognition by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the research strength, innovation advantages, and technological accumulation of ROC. It is also a high affirmation of its comprehensive strength in research and development capabilities, business development scale, and market applications.
