Recently, Chen Yifeng, a highly skilled talent from ROC, was selected as the 2023 Nantong City “Jianghai Talents” municipal introduction special (industry category) and won the honorary certificate and medal issued by the Talent Work Leading Group of the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee.

In 2023, the "Jianghai Talent" municipal level talent introduction program in Nantong City started in April, with a total of 186 talents participating in the defense, covering nine major industries including high-end equipment and new energy. Chen Yifeng successfully passed all the rounds and was ultimately selected. He will also run as a talent representative for the "Jiangsu Province Double Innovation Talents" in 2023.

Chen Yifeng is a nationally certified senior welding technician with 18 years of expertise in welding technology. He is currently responsible for the company's welding technology research and development as well as employee training for welding skills improvement. He has participated in over 40 national key projects, such as the polar scientific research vessel "Xuelong 2" and "Dongfanghong 3", and has obtained multiple invention patents. His exceptional welding skills have won him awards in various domestic and international welding skill competitions. He combines theory with practice in his work and has been involved in many special welding projects for high-tech products, accumulating rich work experience and solving multiple welding process challenges.

Since joining ROC, Chen Yifeng has successfully completed welding and testing of special materials such as 9Ni steel for low-temperature applications, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys, earning high recognition from clients and classification societies.

In the future, Chen Yifeng will fully leverage his strengths to cultivate more high-tech welding talents for the company. He will lead the entire welding innovation team to solve more technical challenges and lay a solid foundation for building an integration base for production and talent.
