RHI marked its 20th anniversary celebration in 2023. As one of the subsidiaries of RHI, ROC held various celebrations for this important moment. All employees were encouraged to participate in different activities to share the joy.  

Strive Forward

Eye-catching banners with concise and clear slogans on were hanging around all over the company. These banners were telling the glorious history of RHI, showing our strength and enterprise culture which gave employees strong sense of belonging.  

Unite Arm in Arm

 Administrative Department and the Labor Union of ROC organized an article competition to strengthen company culture. Employees from all departments took part in this activity with enthusiasm. They combined daily work with deep thoughts from various aspects. Their actions showed the determination and resilience to achieve self-growth as well as company development.

After appraisal, Hard Work Leads to Success written by Zhao Sijie from Cost Management Section ranked first. Glory Always Comes with Difficulty written by Meng Pei in Administrative Department and Shining Time of 20 Years by Liu Liang from Manufacturing Department ranked second. The third prize was delivered to Forging Ahead for 20 Years, Move Forward Arm in Arm by Zhu Feng in Project Management Department, 20-year Hard Work Foresees Bright Future by Zhao Renzhang of Design Department and Growing Up with Rainbow Together by Qian Saihua from Human Resource Section.  This competition created a great atmosphere for spreading enterprise culture. Also, all employees were motivated to contribute more wisdom and strength in the development process for higher quality with a forging attitude.  

Vigorous Badminton and Billiards Game

Administrative Department and the Labor Union of ROC organized badminton and billiards competitions, which attracted many sport lovers. Both skilled sports lovers and amateurs were competing together in a vigorous and friendly atmosphere. These games increased the communication and understanding between colleagues also benefit a lot to team cohesiveness.  

The Art of Calligraphy

After appraisal, Grand Exhibition by Meng Pei from Administrative Department ranked first. Quality First, Excellent Service, Thousands of Manufacturers, Rainbow Leads by Ju Jiufei in Manufacturing Department ranked second. The third prize was given to 20-Year Efforts United Us for A Better Future by Chen Dong from Storage Section and Creating New Chapter by Zhang Yonghan from Manufacturing Department.

It’s a 20-Year journey with smiles and tears, also a 20-year trip towards success step by step. Rainbow has gone through extraordinary 20 years. Employees were greatly motivated to develop with Rainbow together in the next 20 years for more and more achievements.

At this special time of 20th anniversary, ROC employees showed their skills in calligraphy. They incorporated enterprise culture and company feature in their art works to illustrate the glorious history of company. This also expressed their stronger and stronger sense of proudness for being a part of Rainbow.
