In June this year, it was the 22nd national "Safe Production Month" and the 13th safe production month of ROC. In order to promote strict safety management at all levels and departments, enhance the safety awareness and escape ability of all employees, and promote the level of safety management, ROC, with the theme of " Everyone Prioritizes Safety and Learns to Respond to Emergencies ", carried out a series of activities at different levels and in various forms according to its own characteristics of safe production. 

First, hold a mobilization meeting to spread the concept of safety production.

At the beginning of June, HSE Department held a mobilization meeting of the "Safety production month" activity at the morning meeting, coordinated the deployment of various activities in the production month, on the scene, all employees lined up in an orderly manner, solemnly signed on the signature wall, creating a good atmosphere for the activity, which opened the prelude to the event.

Second, watch the safety accident video, sound the alarm of safety production

In order to strengthen the concept of safety focusing on prevention, HSE Department organized to watch the safety propaganda, and used the electronic screen to play the accident film, so that employees have a further understanding of the cruelty of safety accidents, and called on employees to develop good work and living habits, so that all employees fully realize the importance of safety work and always put safety in the first place. 

 

Third, Take pictures of security risks and identify security problems.

During the activity, HSE Department established a special micro signal to collect hidden dangers, and posted QR code on the scene in each area to facilitate the active participation of all employees. After receiving the photos, the security administrator would notify the regional security officer to confirm and deal with the photos at the first time, eliminate hidden dangers, and correct violations, so as to achieve the purpose of changing while taking photos and promoting reform.

Fourth, organize emergency drills and training to improve emergency response capabilities

Organize fire emergency rescue personnel to conduct a variety of training on the use of air breathing apparatus, how to correctly wear fire fighting clothing, how to use fire extinguishers, and carry out emergency fire drills in limited space,

guide employees to further establish the safety red line, strengthen risk identification ability, and achieve the effect of improving safety emergency response ability.

 

Fifth, carry out skills competition to consolidate the foundation of safe production  
On June 13, HSE Department jointly Production Support Department, held a forklift and ground operation skills competition, which was widely concerned by professionals, inspired the "desire to fight" of front-line employees, and created an atmosphere of comparison, learning, rush and super to promote employees to master safety skills.

 

Sixth, carry out safety regulations knowledge competition to master safety knowledge  

On the afternoon of June 27, HSE Department organized the knowledge competition of safety regulations, and the participants focused on the answers. Through the competition, the employees were promoted to master all kinds of safety knowledge and skills, and firmly established the idea of "always prioritizing safety, preventing safety everywhere, and keeping safety in mind".

Although the "Safety production Month" series of activities came to a successful end, safety production will never "end". Through this month's training, competition, hidden danger investigation, rectification and implementation and fire drills, ROC has reached a new level in safety management, and at the same time, all employees have firmly tightened the "safety string", woven a tight "safety net" and built a strong "safety wall".
