In order to effectively ensure production safety during the Spring Festival, and guide the staff on duty to follow

" when a man is on duty, his heart is in place", HSE dept. organized a safety education and training conference on the first working day after the festival and made sure each employee can devote to work safely.

On the first working day after the festival, ROC organized a security conference for the management team, and special arrangements were made for work safety.   

In order to quickly mobilize all the staff to quickly adjust from the holiday state to work, HSE Dept organized all the staff to attend the safety meeting and did a good job in the recovery work of employees to resume work and production.

HSE Dept. compiled safety learning materials for resuming work and production and required all teams to preach safety during daily safety briefing meeting and Thursday morning safety meeting, so as to enhance the safety responsibility awareness of all staff and increase safety knowledge.

To prevent and eliminate production safety risks, and rely on the plan of “Notice On The Work Of Production Safety At The End/Beginning Of The Year”, each department organized safety inspections of work resumption, checked whether production facilities operate normally, whether fire fighting facilities are effective, whether safety passages are unblocked, and whether safety and emergency measures for dangerous operations are implemented. They also corrected the "three violations", prevented accidents, and ensured the security situation to be stable.

ROC will continue to adhere to the work policy of "safety and health, prevention first, people-oriented, continuous improvement”, further implement enterprise’s principal responsibility on safe production and safety production responsibility system for all employees, carry out building a dual prevention mechanism for managing security risks at different levels and screening and controlling hidden dangers, and fully meet the annual security targets for 2023.
