ROC Extra Large Multipurpose Modular Deep Water Pile Keeper Was Delivered Successfully

Today, ROC successfully delivered a multipurpose deep water pile keeper to CCCC First Harbor. Height of the pile keeper is 75m, which is equivalent to 25 floors. It’s 2800t, and the hoop diameter is 13m, which can be used in offshore construction of deep sea extra large monopile. It’s the highest and heaviest offshore wind power pile keeper delivered by ROC up to now.

Deep water modular multi-purpose pile keeper is a special guide device for monopile sinking specially designed for pile driving in offshore wind field. It adopts dust-proof plate and hanging guide frame structure and can be used for the construction of monopile and jacket. The pile keeper is divided into six parts from top to bottom, and each section is connected by the same flanges, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly, and suitable for 10-45m water depth operation. The top section consists of a truss structure and an upper and lower pile holder arranged on its side. This section can be used either in combination with the lower sections or as an independent device mounted on the side of the ship.

Facing new challenges, ROC project team coordinated closely with all departments, reasonably arranged production plan, constantly summarized experience and improved the procedure, so as to steadily reach project milestone, and finally completed the delivery smoothly according to the customer's requirements.

The delivery marks that ROC’s manufacturing capacity of pile keeper has reached a new height, and once again proves its manufacturing strength in the field of offshore wind power equipment manufacturing. ROC will continue to improve the target requirements and project product quality, demonstrate the pursuit of high-quality products, highlight the overall comprehensive strength, build corporate brand image, and achieve the perfect performance of the project with a positive attitude.
