On the premise of epidemic control, ROC adopted "closed-loop production management" mode, kept epidemic prevention and production hand in hand, and spared no pains for “acceleration”.

In view of the severe epidemic situation, how to integrate existing resources in the shortest time to ensure the steady and rapid progress of the project is the biggest difficulty we’re facing. ROC grasped the nettle and formulated specific implementation plans. Three teams were arranged for epidemic prevention, life support and production support respectively. Through improving, refining, breaking down and implementing the critical period and milestones, strengthening site management, and enhancing responsibility assessment, ROC successfully delivered 1#,4#,5#,6#,31# monopile of Poly Changda Offshore Wind Power Project. By delivering two pieces of monopiles within one day, and shipping 10,000 tons of monopiles within 5 days, ROC set a new record of delivery capacity.

At present, all ROC staff are united to fight against the epidemic, work together to overcome difficulties and go all out for challenges. ROC always carry forward craftsmanship spirit, strive to increase production, efficiency and customer satisfaction, and try to achieve the annual production and operation targets.
