At 10:18 o’clock, Apr 28, “Poly Changda 16000DWT Multi-Purpose Deck Barge Project” undertaken by ROC started up officially. Poly Changda GM Mr. Wang Chengmin, Vice GM Mr. Yang Jianwen, Mechanical Dept. GM Mr. Yan Li, Ganghang Branch GM Mr. Yu Lizhi, Party branch secretary Mr. Li Bin, Vice GM Mr. Zeng Jiangfeng, Equipment and material Management Center Mr. Zhang Gongan, CCS representatives, BESTWAY Designing Institute Dean Mr. Chen Xuefeng, RHI President Mr. Wu Jian, etc. attended the steel cutting ceremony online and offline.

Affected by coronavirus, cloud terminal video connection mode was used in the steel cutting ceremony. Totally 5 venues in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Yangzhou and Nantong were set up for simultaneous implementation. Poly Changda 16000DWT Multi-Purpose Deck Barge Project is the third project that ROC cooperated with Poly Changda. For the barge, the molded breadth is 39.99m, molded depth is 8.5m,and the overall length is 141.5m. The barge consists of box hull, right Angle stern, bilge bevel, longitudinal

frame, and single continuous deck steel welded structure. It’s equipped with 6-point mooring positioning system mainly used for the transportation of booster station upper blocks, platform modules, jackets, monopiles and other equipment.

ROC will strictly follow the implementation of the "double carbon" plan technical requirements practiced by Poly Changda, actively promote the spirit of craftsmanship and the concept of perfect performance, and strengthen communication with Owners, Class and Design Institutes. We firmly believe that, with the full support and cooperation of all parties, we will overcome the adverse impact of the epidemic, turn the 16,000DWT Deck Barge into a classic project of bilateral cooperation, and push the cooperation between the two sides to a new height.
